At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original Rieker box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
