How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Are Rieker shoes waterproof?
While many of our styles feature Rieker-Tex water-resistant membranes, not all shoes are fully waterproof. Please check the product specifications for the 'Rieker-Tex' label for all-weather protection.
